Sereno 1% For Good
Charitable Foundation

Homeownership is an investment in community and giving back to the place that we live and work in is part of our company dna.

Sereno’s 1% For Good Charitable Foundation had very humble beginnings in 2012 when we awarded our first grant to Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue for $5,000. Just ten years later at Sereno we have donated almost $6,000,000 in funding to 486 Local nonprofits!

Brezsny Associates is grateful for the support of the Santa Cruz Community and proud to contribute to the Sereno Charitable Foundation with every escrow. We invite deserving local organizations to call us to find out how to apply.
