As we reflect on the past year, the feeling that stands out most is gratitude. Gratitude for the clients who trusted us with major life decisions, for the relationships that continue to grow year after year, and for the opportunity to do this work in a way that aligns with our values.

This past year, Brezsny Associates was the top selling team in Santa Cruz County among all teams with fewer than 30 agents, accomplished by a team of just seven. Together, we helped more than 50 clients successfully buy or sell a home and closed over $83 million in sales volume, placing us second overall in the county among all agents.

We are proud of those results, not because of the numbers themselves, but because of how they were achieved.

Our business is built entirely on relational real estate. We do not purchase leads. We do not rely on high volume or strictly transactional models. Every client we work with comes through relationships, referrals, and trust built over time.

That approach allows us to focus on guidance rather than pressure. It gives us the space to slow things down when needed, explain tradeoffs clearly, and help clients make decisions that feel right for their lives, not just the moment.
