Thanks + Giving
Homeownership is an investment people make in our local community and that’s why we feel so strongly about giving back to the place we live and work in. With your continued support we’re proud to provide significant contributions to dozens of deserving non-profits doing amazing work in Santa Cruz County.
Sereno’s 1% for Good Charitable Foundation had humble beginnings in 2012 when it awarded its first grant to the Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Posse for $5,000. Today, ten years later, we’ve awarded more than $5 million in grants to more than 350 local nonprofits! We invite interested nonprofits to apply for a grant. Call us or go to sereno.com/one-percent
